The Elkhorn Barn was located on the corner of Third Street and what is now Ivinson Avenue. Built in 1876, it is the location where N.K. Boswell arrested the fugitive Jack McCall–the man who shot Wild Bill Hickok in the back in Deadwood, South Dakota.
